Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help — within reasonable and clearly defined conditions.
Eligibility for Returns:
- We offer a 100% refund on returned goods, provided they are returned in perfect, unused condition, exactly as they were received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all components, manuals, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Cementitious products / levelling compounds (due to the nature of the material)
- Custom-made or special-order items (manufactured or ordered specifically for you, e.g. custom order stair nosings)
Shipping Costs:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in return transit.
- We can arrange collection from you, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- In a scenario where there was no charge for outbound shipping, we reserve the right to recoup our costs and reduce your refund by the applicable amount.
Additional Terms:
- We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Refunds will only be agreed upon once the returned goods are verified to be in resalable condition.
- If items are returned damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, or the return may be refused outright.
- We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us before sending anything back.
